Intake & access
I request access to your CMS, hosting and domain once. I do a baseline check: what's on the site, are there any existing security issues, how fast does it load?
Initial clean-up
Before monthly maintenance starts, I make sure everything is up-to-date and secure. Outdated plugins replaced, unnecessary files cleaned up, first backup taken.
Monthly cycle
Every month I run updates, check security and send you a report. Small edits (depending on your plan) are handled in the same cycle.
Always reachable in emergencies
Website down, hacked or broken? I always respond within 4 hours on working days. For urgent situations, outside office hours too.

Which types of website do you maintain?
I maintain websites built on WordPress, Webflow or Astro. Already a client (I built the site)? Onboarding is free. Have an existing site built elsewhere? I start with an audit to assess what's needed.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. No annual contracts, no notice period. You pay monthly in advance and can cancel at the end of any billing period.
What if something goes wrong with my website?
I monitor your website 24/7 for uptime. When downtime occurs, I receive an alert immediately. I always respond within 4 hours on working days. Backups mean I can always restore a working version.
Are larger changes included?
Small text and visual tweaks are within your monthly plan (depending on your package). Larger changes — new pages, design updates, new functionality — are quoted as a separate project.
Do I need a separate hosting contract?
That depends on your situation. Webflow sites are hosted via Webflow (your own account). WordPress sites I can host on my server environment if you prefer. We work out the best option together.
